Patna High Court

Pradeep Sada @ Pradip SadaversusThe State of Bihar

Decided
Disposal
DISMISSED

Holding

The Court held that there were no fresh grounds to reconsider the earlier order and therefore the bail applications were to be rejected.

Summary

The petitioners, Pradeep Sada, Pappu Sada and Raj Kumar Sada, applied for regular bail before the Patna High Court in criminal miscellaneous proceedings against the State of Bihar. Their earlier bail applications had been rejected by the same court on 15 May 2025 in Cr. Misc. Nos. 15854 and 13027 of 2025. The petitioners sought a fresh consideration of bail, arguing new grounds. The Court examined the applications and found no fresh ground to revisit its earlier order. Consequently, the Court upheld its prior decision and rejected the bail applications. The bail applications remain dismissed.
