Holding

The bail applications are rejected as no fresh ground for reconsideration is shown.

Summary

The petitioners, Pradeep Sada, Pappu Sada and Raj Kumar Sada, applied for regular bail in two criminal miscellaneous proceedings arising from PS Case No. 318 of 2024. Their earlier applications for bail had been rejected by this Court on 15 May 2025 in Criminal Miscellaneous Nos. 15854 and 13027 of 2025. The petitioners sought a fresh consideration of the bail orders, claiming new grounds for release. The Court examined the submissions and found that the petitioners had not raised any fresh ground that was not previously considered. Consequently, the Court held that there was no basis to revisit the earlier orders. The bail applications were therefore upheld in their rejection, and the petitioners remained in custody.
