Bail was denied as the trial was at its final stage.

Summary

Rupesh Kumar, the appellant, applied for bail for the third time after two earlier bail pleas were rejected in earlier criminal appeals. The case originates from a 2023 police report in Bhagalpur and is currently at the trial court, which is nearing the conclusion of the trial. The appellant argued for release on bail, but the High Court examined the record and noted that the trial is at its final stage. Considering the submissions and the imminent conclusion of the trial, the court found no justification to grant bail. Consequently, the bail application was rejected.
