Holding

The application is dismissed as withdrawn upon permission to withdraw.

Summary

The petitioner, Ramdeo, was involved in a criminal case arising from PS No.90 of 2025 in Aurangabad district. He had previously been granted bail under Section 167(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, corresponding to Section 187 of the B.N.S.S. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the bail order rendered the pending application infructuous and sought permission to withdraw it. The court examined whether the application could be withdrawn after bail had already been granted. Permission to withdraw the application was accorded by the bench.
