                      APP for the State.

                                   2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in

                      the prayer portion {2(a)}of the order dated 30.06.2025, the area

                      of the land was wrongly been mentioned as 69 decimals

                      whereas the area of the land is 1.38 acres which is apparent

                      from the pleadings.

                                   3. In these circumstances, the order dated 30.06.2025

                      is modified to the extent that the petitioner can file a

                      representation with regard to area of the land as 1.38 acres.

                                   4. Accordingly, the Modification application is

                      allowed.
