2 18-02-2026 The present application has been filed for modification
of order dated 01.11.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89805 of 2024 by
which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail but the
petitioners could not surrender and furnish bail bond within the
stipulated time due to reasons, as disclosed in paragraph nos. 5 and 6
of the bail petition.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances, the
modification application is allowed and the time granted by
01.11.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89805 of 2024 for surrender of
the petitioners and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks

3. No further time shall be granted.
4. The outstanding amount shall be paid at the time of
