The petitioners, Uma Kant Ram, filed a modification application seeking an extension of the time granted in the order dated 17 November 2025 for surrender and furnishing bail bonds. The original order, issued in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 75124 of 2025, required the petitioners to surrender and provide bail within a specified period. The petitioners argued that they needed additional time to comply with the bail conditions.
