                    Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

                                 2. For the reasons stated in the application and the

                    submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the

                    fact that since the amount of Rs. 10,000/- has been deposited in the

                    Ramkrishna Mission Sevashrama, Swami Vivekananda Path, Bela,

                    Muzaffarpur by the petitioner, the order dated 22.12.2025 passed

                    in Cr. Misc. No. 88749 of 2025 is modified and the court below is

                    directed to accept the bail bonds of the petitioner and the time

                    granted for surrender is extended by further two weeks from today.

                                 3. The modification application stands allowed.
