Holding
The court directed the petitioner to surrender within two weeks and treated the order as part of the earlier bail order, thereby disposing of the petition.
Summary
The petitioners, represented by Mr. Shyameshwar Kumar Singh, sought an extension of time to furnish a bail bond after being granted anticipatory bail, arguing they could not surrender to the court within the period set by the order dated 28‑03‑2025 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 3619 of 2025. The court considered the petition and, noting the reasons given, directed the petitioner to surrender before the concerned court within two weeks, i.e., on or before 25‑03‑2026. The order was declared to be part of the earlier bail order and the present petition was consequently disposed of. No substantive legal controversy beyond the procedural request for time‑extension was raised. The decision effectively upheld the original bail conditions while granting a brief extension for compliance.
