DISPOSED

Holding

The petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to move an application before the lower court for cancellation of the bail bonds.

Summary

The petitioner, Deena Nath Singh, filed a petition seeking cancellation of bail granted to the accused Rakesh Kumar Singh and Shailesh Kumar Singh, alleging that they concealed additional criminal antecedents to obtain bail. The bail had been originally granted on 04‑12‑2024 and later modified on 25‑06‑2025. The petitioner argued that the concealment warranted revocation of the bail bonds. The court noted that the impugned order itself provided a remedy for the petitioner to approach the lower court for cancellation of the bail. Consequently, the High Court disposed of the petition, directing the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the trial court for cancellation of the bail bonds.
