5    22-01-2026                     After some arguments, Mr. Ajay Mishra, learned

                    APP for the State seeks permission to withdraw this application,

                    in view of the fact that the case is running for prosecution

                    evidence before the learned Trial Court after framing of charge,

                    as per the report dated 09.12.2025 sent by the learned District

                    and Additional Sessions Judge-II, Munger, who is in seisin of

                    the case.

                                 2. In such view of the matter, this application is

                    dismissed as withdrawn. However, the learned Trial Court is

                    directed to expedite the trial and conclude it as early as possible.
