Summary
Prem Kumar Yadav was arrested in connection with the seizure of 56 litres of illicit foreign liquor and charged under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. The petitioner, who has 16 prior criminal cases, applied for regular bail, claiming innocence and offering to donate Rs.25,000 to a charitable organization without pleading guilty.
