2. The present modification application is filed for
modification (extension of time) of the order dated
17.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.75473 of 2024.
3. For the reasons stated in the modification
petition, the time for surrender of petitioners, namely, Afroz
Mian @ Afroz Alam and Sabre Alam Mian @ Sabre Alam
and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated
17.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.75473 of 2024 is extended
by two weeks from today.
