                   petitioners and Mr.Ajay Kumar Jha, learned APP for the State.

                                2. The present modification application is filed for

                   modification (extension of time) of the order dated 11.12.2025

                   passed in Cr. Misc. No.79434 of 2025.

                                3. For the reasons stated in the modification

                   petition, the time for surrender of petitioners, namely,

                   Shambhu Thakur, Prabhu Thakur and Kapildeo Thakur and

                   furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated

                   11.12.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.79434 of 2025 is extended
           Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21688 of 2026(2) dt.03-04-2026

                     by two weeks from today.

                                  4. Accordingly, this modification application stands

                     disposed of.
