The Court held that bail could not be granted and dismissed the bail application.

Summary

The petitioner, Pramod Yadav, was charged under Sections 302, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act for a murder case (Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 201 of 2022). He has been in custody since 26‑04‑2023 and applied for regular bail. The State reported that all charge‑sheeted witnesses had been examined and the remaining official witnesses were to be examined on 13‑04‑2026.
