The anticipatory bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Summary
Md. Imran petitioned the Patna High Court for anticipatory bail, fearing arrest in Vaishali Mahila P.S. Case No. 88 of 2025, which alleged offences under Sections 69, 89, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bihar Narcotic Substances Act. The court noted that the mentioning slip indicated that processes had been issued under Section 82 of the Criminal Procedure Code and Section 84 of the Bihar Narcotic Substances Act. In view of these procedural safeguards, the petitioner was allowed to withdraw his anticipatory bail application. Consequently, the court dismissed the anticipatory bail petition as withdrawn. The order was pronounced by Justice Rajiv Roy.
