                                 2. The present application has been filed on behalf of

                    the petitioner for modification of the order dated 18.10.2023

                    passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68203 of 2023.

                                 3. For the reasons mentioned in the modification

                    application, the same is allowed and the petitioner is directed to

                    appear before the police station at Mehdiganj every Tuesday of the

                    month.
