2 30-04-2026 Heard Mr. Vasant Vikas, learned counsel for the
petitioner and Mr. Nand Kishore Prasad, learned APP for the
State.
2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the
petitioner prays for withdrawal of this application in order to
surrender and seek regular bail. In case the petitioner surrenders
within a period of four weeks before the learned Court below,
the same shall be considered on its own merit without being
prejudiced by the present order of withdrawal.
3. Permission is granted.
4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as
