                                        ORAL ORDER

3 25-02-2026 Pursuant to the order dated 22.12.2023, a status report
                    has been received.
                                 2. It appears from the communication as contained in
Letter No. 07 dated 17.01.2024 that the learned trial court was
making all endeavours to conclude the trial in this case as early
                    as possible within six months.
                                 3. Today, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner to
                    press this application.
                                 4. In the circumstances, this Court has reasons to
believe that perhaps the trial has been concluded. There is no
reason to keep the application pending.

                                 5. Accordingly, it is disposed of as not pressed.
