The anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
Summary
The petitioner, Bulli Chouhan, feared arrest in a criminal case (Madnapur P.S. Case No. 05 of 2026) involving offences under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. An anticipatory bail application was filed, but before the High Court could rule, the petitioner’s counsel requested its withdrawal. The Court granted the request, dismissing the anticipatory bail application as withdrawn. The Court directed the petitioner to surrender before the lower court and, if necessary, apply for regular bail. No substantive discussion on the merits of the bail application was made as the petition was voluntarily withdrawn.
