The court held that there was no need to modify the order dated 17‑11‑2025.

Summary

Petitioner Jyoti Dev filed a modification application seeking clarification of a prior order dated 17‑11‑2025, which incorrectly stated that her husband purchased an auctioned property. She requested the court to record that she herself purchased the property for Rs. 46,16,000 under Sale Deed No. 7767 dated 15‑06‑2024. The learned counsel for the State opposed the modification. The court examined the request and found no substantive reason to alter the earlier order. Consequently, the court dismissed the modification application, leaving the original order unchanged.
