BAIL GRANTED

Holding

Regular bail was granted to the petitioner.

Summary

Pujo Yadav was charged under IPC sections 307 (attempt to murder) and 34 (common intention) and Section 27 of the Arms Act for allegedly firing on a victim. He has been in custody since 19 March 2025 and has fourteen prior criminal records. The petitioner filed a second application for regular bail after an earlier bail denial. The petitioner claimed false implication and pledged cooperation with the trial. The State opposed bail, citing the seriousness of the offences and his antecedents. The Court, after considering the facts, allowed the regular bail, directing release upon furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 10,000 with two sureties of equal amount.
