The anticipatory bail application was dismissed as withdrawn.
Summary
Guddu Kumar applied for anticipatory bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1‑B)(a) and 35 of the Arms Act. While the application was pending, he was arrested and taken into custody. His counsel argued that the anticipatory bail petition had become infructuous and sought permission to withdraw it. The Court, after hearing both sides, granted the request to withdraw the application. Consequently, the anticipatory bail petition was dismissed as withdrawn, and any pending applications were also disposed of.
