The application for regular bail is dismissed.
Summary
The petitioner, Sonu Raj, was arrested in connection with a cyber‑crime case (Nalanda Cyber P.S. Case No. 69 of 2025) for alleged offences under multiple sections of the BNS and the Information Technology Act. The prosecution alleged that three mobile phones and other incriminating material were seized from the accused. The petitioner has been in custody since 27 June 2025 and filed a second application for regular bail. The High Court, after hearing counsel, considered the nature of the allegations and the material evidence.
