The date of Order No.3 shall be treated as 20-04-2026, correcting the typographical error.

Summary

The petitioners Vikas, Kiran and Riya filed a criminal miscellaneous petition before the Patna High Court seeking correction of a typographical error in Order No.3 dated 20-04-2026. The order mistakenly recorded the date as 18-04-2026 and was also uploaded with the wrong date on the court website. The Court, exercising its inherent power to correct clerical mistakes, held that the date should be treated as 20-04-2026. It directed that the correction be reflected in the official order and on the website. No substantive rights of the parties were affected by the correction. The order otherwise remains unchanged.
