Summary
Manish Kumar applied for regular bail in a case registered under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The prosecution alleged that he was the main assailant, while his counsel argued that he was falsely implicated and highlighted his three prior criminal antecedents for which he was already on bail. The petitioner also stated that he had been in custody since 11‑08‑2025 and pledged to cooperate with the trial. The State opposed bail, asserting that material evidence linked the petitioner to the crime.
