Summary

The petitioner, Bittu Paswan, feared arrest in a case (Sursand PS No. 604 of 2023) alleging kidnapping of a minor and offences under Sections 363, 366A, 365, 34 of the IPC and Sections 3, 4, 6 of the POCSO Act.
