Holding

The Court held that regular bail could not be granted in view of the seriousness of the offence and the substantial seizure of arms.

Summary

During the investigation, six country‑made pistols, thirteen magazines and five cartridges were seized from his possession. The petitioner applied for regular bail, arguing that he was entitled to liberty pending trial.
