The Court granted bail to the petitioner.

Summary

The petitioner, Vikash Kumar, was arrested in connection with a case registered under Sections 126(2), 249, 109, 61(2), 351(2) of the Bihar Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, alleged to have fired at a victim. He had been in custody since 28 November 2025 and applied for bail, claiming innocence and that no bullet injury was caused. The State opposed the bail application.
