11   28-11-2025                    A report was called for from the Superintendent of

                    Police, Sitamarhi and the concerned S.P. instead of sending a

                    report has simply forwarded the report of the junior police

                    officer annexing it as his report.

                                 2. The S.P., Sitamarhi has failed to comply with the

                    order of this Court and has not sent the required report. He is

                    directed to file a show-cause as to why contempt proceeding be

                    not initiated against him.



                                 3. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the

                    Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi through FAX for its

                    compliance.
