2    18-02-2026                          Instant restoration petition has been filed for

                      restoration of Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3681 of 2025 which stood

                      dismissed for default on 27.11.2025 for non-compliance of order

                      dated 12.11.2025 .

                                   2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he

                      has belatedly filed requisites on 05.12.2025 for issuance of

                      notice .

                                   3. In view of the reasons mentioned in the restoration

                      petition, office to accept the requisites and to proceed for

                      issuance of notice, provided petitioners deposit Rs.5000/- to the

                      Patna High Court Legal Services Authority within a period of

                      two weeks from today.

                                   3. Restoration petition is thus allowed.
