Holding

The court held that given the seriousness of the offences and the petitioner’s participation, regular bail could not be granted.

Summary

Krishna Singh was charged under sections 115(2), 118(1), 109, 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bihar Narcotic Substances Act, 2023 for allegedly killing three persons and assaulting another with a knife, causing grievous injuries. He applied for regular bail before the Patna High Court. The court examined the seriousness of the allegations, the petitioner’s alleged participation in the crime, and the nature of the injuries inflicted.
