BAIL REJECTED

Holding

The court held that no case for anticipatory bail is made out and consequently rejected the application.

Summary

The petitioners, Raja Yadav, Ganauri Yadav and Lakshman Yadav, applied for anticipatory bail fearing arrest in Bypass P.S. Case No. 119 of 2025 for offences under several IPC sections relating to assault, grievous hurt and other crimes. The FIR, lodged on 04‑08‑2025 by informant Raju Yadav, alleged that his son was first abused and later the accused brutally assaulted him, causing a broken skull. A medical report from Nathnagar Referral Hospital dated 29‑07‑2025 confirmed that the injury was grievous. The Coordinate Bench placed the case diary and the medical report on record and examined the seriousness of the alleged offences. Finding no sufficient ground to grant anticipatory bail, the court rejected the application.
