Summary

Manish Yadav was charged under IPC sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 384, 302 and 34 for allegedly assaulting Krishna Sah with his son and others, leading to Sah's death after 17 days of treatment. The State opposed the bail. The High Court considered the acquittal of the co‑accused and the circumstances of the case and ordered that the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000 with two sureties, subject to his appearing before the trial court on all dates.
