The anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Summary

Petitioners Sonu Kumar and Chandan Kumar filed an anticipatory bail application fearing arrest in connection with PS Sheikhopur Sarai Case No. 146 of 2025, which involved offences under several sections of the Bihar Negotiable Instruments Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The Sessions Court had already granted them relief, and their counsel sought permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail petition. The High Court, after hearing the parties, noted the petitioner's request to withdraw the application. Consequently, the court dismissed the anticipatory bail application as withdrawn.
