Summary
Beauty Kumari filed an anticipatory bail application in a vigilance case (PS Case No.97 of 2025). The petitioner sought to withdraw the application and requested liberty to surrender before the trial court. The High Court granted permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail and dismissed the application as withdrawn. The court further directed that if the petitioner surrenders within four weeks, the trial court shall consider a regular bail application on its merits without prejudice from this order. Thus, the petitioner may seek regular bail after surrendering.
