Summary

Petitioner Ravikant Giri filed an application before the Patna High Court seeking appropriate action after a scuffle with a witness in open court. The application aimed to ensure the witness could testify without fear or coercion, referencing an earlier order dated 05.04.2025 directing such protection. During the hearing on 05-01-2026, counsel for the petitioner requested that the application be withdrawn. The Court, after hearing the parties, granted permission for withdrawal.
