The court held that bail could not be granted and dismissed the petitioner's application.

Summary

The petitioner, Sujeet Kumar Thapchi, was arrested on 21 May 2024 in connection with a case involving alleged gang activity in charas and other illegal substances. He faced charges under IPC sections 399, 402 and 412, the Arms Act sections 25(1‑b)a, 26 and 35, and NDPS Act sections 8 and 20(B)(ii)(c). After a first bail application was rejected on 18 December 2024, he filed a second regular bail application which was heard on 11 February 2026. 5. From the materials available on record, it appears

learned trial judge, it appears that the trial judge is trying to

frame charge against the petitioner and other co-accused but is

unable to do so because of one Sunil Kumar. Petitioner has 19

ground of review, hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail

                        to the petitioner.

                                     7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
