The court extended the time for surrender and furnishing of bail bonds by two weeks.
Summary
The petitioner, Raja Kumar, filed a modification application seeking an extension of the time granted for his surrender and furnishing of bail bonds as ordered on 29-01-2025 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 72672 of 2024. The application was heard before Justice Rajesh Kumar Verma on 30-01-2026. The petitioner argued that additional time was required to comply with the bail conditions.
