The provisional bail granted to the petitioner is confirmed.
Summary
The petitioner, Sunil Kumar Nirala, was granted provisional bail on 8 September 2025 on the condition that his wife would confirm they were living happily together. The wife, Jaymala Devi, appeared before the Patna High Court and affirmed that she was indeed living happily with her husband. The court considered whether this affirmation satisfied the condition for confirming the provisional bail. Relying on the wife's statement, the court confirmed the provisional bail, allowing the petitioner to remain on the same bail bonds. The application for confirmation of bail was therefore allowed.
