The court confirmed the interim bail previously granted to the petitioners.
Summary
The petitioners, Bablu Kumar and Manoj Kumar, were accused of defrauding approximately Rs.9,60,000 from an informant and other victims. Of this amount, Rs.4,72,000 had already been paid to the informant, and a demand draft for the remaining balance was subsequently handed over in court. The petitioners had earlier been granted interim bail on 19 November 2025. Upon hearing counsel for both parties and the informant, the court examined the restitution made by the petitioners. Considering the payment of the full amount owed, the court confirmed the interim bail previously granted, allowing the petitioners to remain on the same bail bonds.
