Decided
Disposal
DISMISSED

Holding

The court held that no fresh ground was shown to merit reconsideration of the earlier bail denial, and therefore the bail application was rejected.

Summary

Vikky Kumar applied for regular bail after his earlier bail application was rejected on 13 May 2025. The petitioner was represented by Mr. Digamber Kumar Singh, while the State of Bihar was represented by Mr. Md. Ataur Rahman. The High Court examined whether any fresh ground existed to revisit its earlier order denying bail. Justice Nawneet Kumar Pandey found that no new material or circumstance was presented that could justify a reconsideration. Consequently, the court upheld its prior decision and rejected the bail application.
