DISMISSED

Holding

The petition for modification was dismissed as the petitioner failed to show sufficient grounds to alter Condition No. IV.

Summary

Kabita Devi filed a petition in the Patna High Court seeking modification of an earlier order dated 09.03.2021 that required her to appear before the Officer‑in‑Charge of the police station on the first Monday of each month. The petitioner argued for the removal of Condition No. IV, which imposed this monthly attendance. The Court examined the facts and the material on record and found that the petitioner had not provided sufficient grounds to justify altering the condition. Consequently, the Court held that there was no basis to modify the earlier order. The application for modification was therefore dismissed.
