3    24-02-2026                  Heard learned counsel for the parties.

                                 2. From the allegation levelled against the petitioner,

                    the license of the petitioner has also been cancelled.

                                 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

                    that the petitioner has filed his show cause and is awaiting

                    orders of the Sub Divisional Officer, Madhepura on the validity

                    of his license and he submits that he may may be permitted to

                    withdraw this application to approach this Court after a final

                    decision is taken on restoration of license of the petitioner by

                    the Sub-Divisional Officer, Madhepura.

                                 4. Permission is accorded.

                                 5. Accordingly, the present bail application is

                    dismissed as withdrawn.
