DISMISSED

Holding

The second bail application was dismissed as it was filed prematurely.

Summary

Diwakar Paswan applied for bail in a criminal case, but his first bail application was rejected on 09.07.2025. He filed a second bail application on 11.12.2025. The court observed that filing multiple bail applications in quick succession is not appreciated and considered the second application premature. Consequently, the court dismissed the second bail application. The dismissal was based on procedural impropriety rather than merits of the case.
