The application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to surrender and seek regular bail before the lower court.
Summary
The petitioner, Raghunandan Yadav, was involved in a criminal case (PS Case No.348, 2009) and filed an application seeking regular bail. He later requested permission to withdraw that application, surrender within four weeks, and subsequently apply for regular bail before the lower court. The Hon'ble Justice Rajesh Kumar Verma granted the request, allowing the withdrawal and directing that the surrender and bail application be considered on its merits on the same day. The court dismissed the original bail application as withdrawn, ensuring the petitioner would not be prejudiced by the order. The matter was left for disposal by the lower court upon surrender and fresh bail application.
