                   learned APP for the State.

                                2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the

                   petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present application for

                   cancellation of bail.

                                3. Prayer is allowed.

                                4. The petitioner would be at liberty to approach the

                   concerned court which had granted the privilege of anticipatory

                   bail to the petitioner in case he is able to establish certain

                   supervening circumstances relating to threatening the petitioner

                       and his family.

                                    5. Accordingly, this application is disposed of as

                       withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
