                                2. For the reasons disclosed in the modification

                   application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated

                   17.01.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 70293 of 2024 for surrender of the

                   petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks

                   from today.
