                                 2. Petitioner was granted interim bail vide order dated

                    28.01.2026 by this Court. The police has submitted a report that

                    the girl has not been recovered.

                                 3. Considering the aforesaid, this application is

                    disposed of.

                                 4. Petitioner will remain on provisional bail and his

                    bail shall be considered for confirmation by the court below

                    after the recovery of the girl and when she gives her statement

                    in the court below.
