Summary

Suraj Paswan filed a criminal miscellaneous petition seeking bail before the Patna High Court. He subsequently filed an interlocutory application requesting that the bail petition be withdrawn. The petitioner’s counsel submitted that he no longer wishes to pursue the bail relief. The court considered the application and, finding the petitioner’s intention clear, allowed the withdrawal. Accordingly, the original criminal miscellaneous petition was dismissed as withdrawn, without any substantive consideration of the bail claim.
